Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail (Special Delivery) and DHL Express as our delivery couriers which are both next day services. Delivery to the UK is 1 working day and is fully tracked and insured. We provide full tracking information via email.
*our office hours and working days are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, all orders placed between this time will be sent the same day. Orders placed before 4.30pm on a Friday are sent with Royal Mail guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1.00pm.

DHL Express Worldwide Delivery takes 1-4 working days.
Standard International Tracked & Signed - £29.95
Standard International Shipping items are sent with Royal Mail UK and then handed over to the local delivery partner once it arrives at the destination country. Standard International shipping usually takes 7-14 working days. *COVID-19 may impact standard international delivery times.
Import Tax / Custom Fees
Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties on the import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country as this is your responsibility. Payment is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery, we have no control or involvement with this.
